I, Like many, find MP beautiful. What perplexes me is...just what did she have done structurally? Her nose for sure and it looks operated on....like a classic early 80s nose job, but I wouldn't change it. It suits her. If you've ever seen pics of her sister (Diedre?), she does NOT have the chisled features that M has and her nose is L A R G E.
The good/smart thing is it's impossible to find pics of her before her nose surgery and I suspect cheek implants. She must have had the surgeries before she officially entered the "biz". Gorg none the less.

That nose looks good on her...real or not. She may be getting a liiiiitle bit nicolette sheridan-ish though...
She is absolutely hands down the female ideal for beauty in my mind. The second is Marcia Cross (Who I like so much more to watch acting wise).
Sadly, I think her features are natural. She has high school yearbook photos which support her natural beauty--nose and all.
(In a sick way, it feels good getting back at you for dismantling my Claire Danes theory)

really? In the YB pic, it follows the same exact shape as her nose is now. (Albeit it's fuzzy).

No, I am sure she has had a rhinoplasty. Her nostrils are much more refined now.
