Here's the mother of the octuplets before and after what looks like a rhino, lip augmentation and maybe a brow lift of some sort.  What disturbs me about this is the fact that she's on food stamps and disability AND has all of those children (6 before the 8, right?).  About the work: I like her nose and eyes, but her lips look a little overly plumped when you see her talk in motion.  Do you think it's a Jolie fascination?

I know this one's been discussed and I may be alone on this one, but everytime I see pictures of Katie Holmes with her new nose it just makes me sad.  She was actually featured on one site as having had 'good plastic surgery.'  I guess it's 'good' that her nose didn't fall off or become severely disfigured but I think her new narrow nose actually emphasizes the crookedness (that was always there and I hadn't noticed before) and makes her look a lot older than her previous wider bridge.  She definitely had the cute thing going on before, but now the cute is gone and I just don't see the beautiful.  I wonder why Angelia's nose looks so much better to me than her old did, but Katie's looks worse?

I think Kathy Griffin has a fantastic sense of humor.  She seems down to Earth, irreverent, and like she'd be a very cool person to have cocktails and joke around with.  Having said that, I do not approve of the browlift.  I think Terri Hatcher's surgeon must've gotten to her...looks like similar work, no?  I think that they were high enough before.  Now she's starting to look like this guy:

The Jacksons plastic surgery bill total alone could probably allow me to rent a fabulous vacation home/compound in the south of France for the next 20 years.  Did Latoya and Michael get twin nose jobs?  Do you think the doctor intended for their noses to look like that?  Janet is still pretty, but that brow lift and eye work she got a while back was horrific so either it's relaxed a little bit, or she's had it revised.

Does anyone know who did this fine work?  Salma looks amazing and I think (a little sadly) it's safe to say that she wouldn't be as successful as she is today without having flirted with the scalpel a bit.

I think Marlo Thomas looks great in the last picture, but her poor nose has retracted and throws the whole thing off.  Is there any way to avoid this?

Well, our American PS queen Cindy Jackson (47 documented surgeries) is about to lose the precious title of Most Plastic Surgeries in the Guiness Book of World Records to a Brazillian lovely (well, she could look like Jocelyn Wildenstein) named Angela Bismarchi. Angela is a star in Brazil for caring so much about her looks and unabashedly having more and more cosmetic surgeries. I couldn't even find a full list online, but her 44th PS will be to restore her hymen for her wedding night to her 2nd plastic surgeon hubby. Her first plastic surgeon hubby was shot mysteriously. El Scandalo!

Well, *somebody* found an excellent plastic surgeon and opted for a subtle rhino and a natural look.  Here's Halle Berry's high school picture, one from 1986 and a recent shot.  Do you see anything else this gorgeous girl had done?  I think lip augmentation?

The first time I ever saw The Real Housewives of the OC I thought Lauri Waring was really pretty.  The next time I saw it I noticed there were a few bad angles.  The time after that (okay, I was addicted) I thought she looked a little off and couldn't identify the issue.  I think it's that her upper lip doesn't move when she talks.  I still think she's very pretty, I just wish I understood more what the 'off' factor is... maybe a bad lip lift or a congenital problem?

Here I've Photoshopped a nose job for Owen Wilson. On the one hand, I admire him for retaining his 'character' and not being vain. On the other hand, everytime I see one of his movies I can't stop staring at the schnoz and it's very distracting. Can you imagine the snoring situation??

I, Like many, find MP beautiful. What perplexes me is...just what did she have done structurally? Her nose for sure and it looks operated on....like a classic early 80s nose job, but I wouldn't change it. It suits her. If you've ever seen pics of her sister (Diedre?), she does NOT have the chisled features that M has and her nose is L A R G E.

The good/smart thing is it's impossible to find pics of her before her nose surgery and I suspect cheek implants. She must have had the surgeries before she officially entered the "biz". Gorg none the less.

The Jacksons could possibly cause an environmental hazzard if ever buried.  Instead, they should just be embalmed and sent directly to Madam Tussad's for permanent viewing.
