Kenny Rogers

I remember when Kenny Rogers was country music royalty.  I didn't even recognize him the last time I saw him.  I don't think he looks bad, but he doesn't look at all like the same person.  I have hooded eyes also and I understand they get in the way when I'm tired and I know I'm going to need something done when I'm older...but isn't there a way for hooded eyes to be refreshed without drastically changing the shape?
