chin burring

Well, Sarah Jessica Parker finally had her chin mole removed by something other than Photoshop.  I have to believe that there was a medical reason for the removal because why else would she have waited this long?

And speaking of long, I've burred her chin by a few mms below.  Do you think it looks better, worse or is it not really noticeable?

A while ago I noticed that Rumer Willis started just looking 'better.'  When I started looking at pictures there was a pretty obvious change in the depth of her jaw and the length of her chin.  I do find myself wondering though if there is a maximum amount that can be burred off at one time and if she will go in for a revision.  I'm not trying to be mean, because I do think there's an improvement...but couldn't the doc have been more aggressive?

Here I've reduced DV's upper lip and given her a bit of a lip lift for more youthful toothshow. I've also reduced her chin and jaw a bit and I think high cheek implants really bring emphasis to her beautiful eyes!
